In her work, Laura has performed more than 4,000 multi-modality energy healing sessions, fusing reiki, crystal therapy, energy work, and channeling. Multi-dimensional healing sessions include channeled “homework” with exercises for healing integration after the session. Guidance varies from embodiment and breathing exercises to angel numbers, or plants and foods to work with for self care and wellbeing.
Receive Energy Healing Anywhere
Distance reiki is a form of energy healing that can be performed for anyone, anywhere in the world. To conduct a distance healing session, the practitioner uses distance reiki symbols to connect to the energetic field and tune into the space where the client is located.
To participate in a distance healing session, simply relax in the comfort of your own home. It’s advised to lie down in a dark space where you will be undisturbed for the duration of the session.
Experiencing Distance Reiki
Find a peaceful place where you can relax undisturbed. Lay down or recline, make yourself comfortable, you can then rest, meditate, or simply focus on your breath. As you relax and receive, the experience of distance reiki is often described as a light buzzing throughout the body, tingling, or shifts and waves of energy throughout the body and chakra system.
During the session, the reiki practitioner may address specific issues or perform overall healing and clearing of the body and energetic field. During group distance reiki, the sensations and benefits experienced may differ from person to person, depending on individual needs.
