We will be working with the Earthstar chakra, Gaia Gateway, and the minor chakras of the feet and knees.

Grounding, ancestral healing, clearing stagnant/excess energies, manifesting the physical, connecting to Earth’s consciousness, flexibility , movement forward, feeling supported and overcoming resistance.
